Hardening and Tempering Carburizing Furnace for Standard Parts

 1) Introductions

 This heat treatment assembly line adopts Japan foreign furnace technology and is manufactured

and inspected according to the standard of resistance furnace industry. Main components adopt

imported products and the quality of manufacturing and assembling has reached to the advanced

domestic level.This heat treatment line is a full automatic production line composed of the

techniques such as material loading, Front-washing, Vibration Speader,hardening, Cooling,

Rear-washing, Tempering ,Dyeing,Drying ,Oling etc.

 2) Specialties

  2.1 The heating of main furnace adopts low voltage, high current transformer, which lengthens

the service life of radiant tube and makes it convenient for maintenance and renewal.

 2.2 The wire mesh belt adopts synchronous rotating roller, which makes belt endure the lowest

tension during operation in order to lengthen the service life.

 2.3 The both supporting ends of supporting roller adopt NSK special heat-resistant self

lubricating bearing, and the heat sink adopts wind-cooling device which assure the intensity.

 2.4 The wire mesh belt transmission design is equipped with overload, pass-line deflection

alarming system, which makes the wire mesh belt transmission smooth and steady, without any

deflection. The temperature controlling system adopts PID automatic control, and equipped

with abnormal over temperature alarming system, also equipped with necessary linkages.

 2.5 It adopts dripping atmosphere to keep atmosphere pyrolysis inside the furnace,

the usage is easy and reliable, and could prevent carbon accumulation at the dripping

tube mouth. The carbon potential is automatically controlled by oxygen sensor and carbon

controller, and the oxygen sensor is automatically carbon burnt by protector.

 2.6 The high-speed rotating bearings of the air fan adopt Japan NSK bearing, which

assures air fan's operation steady.

 2.7 Three curtain type doors (flame door) are equipped inside the furnace, and elevating

furnace door is equipped at the furnace mouth to prevent atmosphere's draining inside the

furnace, reduce the usage of methanol, lower the cost, and at the same time tackle the

frequent repairing problems of curtain type doors.

 2.8 In order to assure the uniformity of the temperature inside the furnace, we adopt

the whole transformer of power to conduct zone control.

 2.9 In order to prevent the extensibility of heating elements after heated and assure easy

replacement, the connecting lead wire of heating elements' (bilateral furnace) extension

stick is flexible wire connected.

 2.10 In order to satisfy the production requirements of clients, increase the number of

radiant tubes in the hardening area in the context of no high temperature drop in this area,

and gain power in the hardening area in the context of no crafts influence, which could

gain production and save electricity.

 2.11 The cut material mouth of hardening furnace adopt trapezoid structure in the process

of the furnace brick working, in order to prevent accumulated material after long time usage,

and reduce work piece's wastage and accumulation.

 2.12 Installation of manual jointed arm system on the driving medium in the main furnace

to prevent elements scrapping in the event of sudden power failure.

 Front Degreasing & Washer :

 This device is water immersion type washer. It is mainly composed of washing tank,

transmission system, sprinkler system, oil-water separator, skimming plant and hot air

heating device, etc. It could clean off the oil stain at the surface of the work pieces and

after cleaning it has a cold air cooling function. In order to reduce the loss of energy,

refitting the tube device, make use of the heat at the mouth of hardening furnace to send

it to the inside of washing machine.

 The Hardening Furnace (Main furnace ) :

The Hardening Furnace of Continuous Mesh-belt Conveyor and Gas Controlled Heat-Treatment

Furnace is the main device of the production line, it is mainly composed of furnace cover,

belt driver system, heat preservation material, heating device, furnace fan circulating device,

atmosphere supply control device, work pieces dropping device and temperature control device.

   Work pieces transmitting adopt belt transmitting type, the belt transmitting adopts synchronous

carrier roller, it divides in preheating area and heating area synchronous transmitting, it could

make belt endure lowest tension under high temperature.

   The surface at the top adopts Japan Aersai hard board and aluminum silicate fire-resistant

fabric needle-felted carpet, material of fixed derrick adopts SUS310S*Dia.10mm. The surface

of furnace wall and under surface of furnace adopts Yixing morgan impervious carbon brick

TJM23 Brick, light and excellent heat preservation. Heat-resistant binder adopts Yixing morgan

TJM puddle, strong bonding ability, and it is more fixed at the surface when the heat is higher.

Other heat preservation material adopts Japan Aersai products. High-alumina and high density

bricks are used at the mouth of dropping work pieces to gain in strength. In the process

of the furnace brickworking, expansion gaps are left every one meter to prevent the cracks due

to heated expansion and cooled contraction in case of the influence of heat-insulating property

Quenching cooling oil tank:

   This machine adopts big open type structure, tank capacity is 16m³, depth is 2m, with the

functions of heating, circulating and cooling, can controlled the cooled fluid temperature in set

area automatically, make sure the work pieces are cooled evenly. To ensure the harden ability

of work pieces, there is circulating device on dropping material channels.

 Tempering furnace (Main furnace ):

   The wire mesh belt tempering furnace is composted of cover, feeding shelf, wire mesh belt

driving device, material of hot insulation, heating apparatus, circulating fan apparatus,

discharging rack, and Temperature control apparatus. By the radiant tubes, the high fan adopts

circulate power to the inside, upside and bottom of furnace. This model adopts stainless steel club,

operated by wire mesh belt driven by cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer. There are 2 high speed

mixing fans on top of furnace, which can make the convection current to ensure the temperature

uniformity inside the furnace, small hardness balance of work pieces and color uniformity after tempering.

 Electricity control system:

 There is a set of IPC in full set of production plan which used to control running, overheating,

liquid level, transmission, acousto-optic alarm, thermo element breaker, safety lock. With the load

operation diagram in the IPC, it is convenient to observe running condition of the machine.............
