Design Capacity:
According to the data provided by the owner, the sewage treatment station has two lines, one is acid and alkali waste water, the design treatment capacity is 2 m³/h; the other is chromium-containing sewage, and the design treatment capacity is 0.5 m3/h.. Process description

   Grating 
Function: It is used to remove the coarse suspended matter which may block the pump unit and pipe valve, and ensure the follow-up facilities can run normally.

  Waste water regulating tank
Both industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, water quality and quantity of water within 24 h fluctuate. This change is unfavorable to wastewater treatment equipment, especially biological treatment equipment, to perform its purification function normally, and may even cause damage. Similarly, for physicochemical treatment equipment, the greater the fluctuation of water quality and quantity, the more difficult the process parameters are to control, and the more unstable the treatment effect is; conversely, the smaller the fluctuation, the more stable the effect is. therefore, before the wastewater treatment system, a homogenized regulating tank should be set up to regulate the quantity of water and the water quality, so as to ensure the normal operation of the wastewater treatment, and to adjust the PH in the regulating tank to meet the requirements of the acidity and alkalinity of the subsequent process.
