B. Price: FOB China port
               
C. Payment: 30% advance payment, the balance by T/T before shipment.

D. Shipment: within 4 months from the date of advance payment date.

G. Warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery for free replacement against the defective/faulty design/poor workmanship.

H. Inspection: At Seller's plant by Buyer before dispatch.
I.Training: Buyer's people will visit to Seller's factory for training/trial run for minimum one week but their stay could be extended until they are satisfied with trail run of the product and machinery specifications. The Buyer will pay all expenses of visit of their people.

J.Trial of the machine

The seller only supply 200kgs Carbon steel material free for trial, if the buyer need make more trial products, then the buyer pay for the trial material cost, the buyer pay the material cost 15 days before trial of the production.
If the buyer pay for the material, the seller can ship the trial product back to the buyer.

K.Optional:
  1. Service: USD7000.-, 3 persons, 7days. (one mechanic engineer, one electric engineer, one English translator), the service person only instruct the buyer install the machine, adjust the machine in working condition and train the operator, the buyer will arrange their workers install the machine according to the instruction, the buyer will prepare the necessary tools, device and material (such as cable, oil etc.) for installation, all these cost should be paid by the buyer. The buyer should pay for service cost before the seller supply service. Before the seller supply service, the buyer should finish the necessary foundation of the machine, connect the power cable, prepare the necessary material (such as lubrication oil etc.), put the machine in working condition, otherwise, if the buyer hasn't finish these job, and extend the service time, the buyer will pay for the extra cost.
