Bimetal Composite Contact Cold Header can make six different metals be compounded together under cold state to produce composite contacts according to the technique requirements. Its working process includes the following steps: Sending two different kinds of metal wire into the machine firstly, transmitting them into the mould after being cut off. Then by two times upsetting process, the two kinds of metal become the composite contacts. Finally, the products retreat from the mould and enter into the finished product box.

1.Safety and environmental protection
*The whole machine adopts a fully closed cover, reducing noise, improving the safety performance of the equipment, convenient debugging and maintenance.

2.Computer screen control
*Upload production data to the MES .
*The control panel adopts touch LCD screen, display equipment parameter Settings, order information, alarm information, etc. *There are two modes of equipment operation, respectively, the adjustment mode and the operation mode.
*Fault information: main motor failure, oil pump failure, wire shortage, forming pressure abnormal, mold repair alarm, etc. Mold repair reminder: Set the amount according to actual requirements, when output amount reach the set quantity ,on the alarm page there will show reminder information.
3.Electrical automation detection
*Shortage material detection: add a ring photoelectric switch in the part of the incoming line, when the sensor does not sense the feeding wire, the device automatically stops, and alarms.
*Forming pressure detection: The sensor is installed at the cold heading (accuracy can reach 1μm, inlet), which can detect machine anomalies such as silver drop and overload.
*Nonconforming product separation: When the wire material is short or the forming pressure is abnormal, the cylinder will work automatically and the product will enter the waste box through the baffle. When the fault is solved, the cylinder is reset.
